Shipping policy
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are generally processed Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST and are shipped within 3-5 business days. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Shipping times are dependent upon availability. If we cannot ship your order within the above time frame, we will contact you.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information, once your order ships. Please allow 2-8 business days for midwest/east coast destinations and 6-8 business days for west coast destinations.
If you require or desire other shipping arrangements, please contact us for arrangements and rate quotes. Select Polish Pottery will happily accommodate your needs.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Your Shopping Cart on the website will automatically determine the total shipping and handling charge for you at the very end of the order.

If you are shipping to an address other than your own, Select Polish Pottery will include a special note to the gift recipients stating that the items were especially chosen by you for them, naming the occasion.
